Celery Seeds
Celery is easily identifiable by its smell: its strong aroma comes from the high content of essential oils in the plant. The leaves and roots are used both as a vegetable and a spice. The celeriac has an approximately fist-sized, round tuber. The celery stalk, in contrast, grows in clumps up to 70 cm long stalks. Celery can be enjoyed raw or cooked. Once it is harvested, it can also be stored for a long period under good storage conditions.
