Description
Afrodite is a particularly flavourful variety of parsley with strong growth, sturdy stems and tightly curled leaves. It can be grown outdoors in the summer or enjoyed in greenhouses or window boxes in the winter. The fresh green leaves make lovely edible decorations and can be used to season potatoes, salads, soups, egg dishes, cheese spreads, fish and meat, grilled dishes and mushrooms. Harvest from early summer until winter and until the spring of the next year.
