Description

The variety has a cylindrical shape and has very high yields. It is easy to cut without much waste and is very juicy. The flesh has a uniformly deep reddish-red without colour with contrasting rings. The cooked turnips are perfect for canning, for salads and as an accompaniment to meat and fish dishes.
