Jora Dahl Cornflower "Classic Romantic"

The annual "Classic Romantic" cornflower by Jora Dahl blooms from June to September in beautiful shades of pink and white. It prefers a sunny to half-sun location and grows to a height of up to 70 cm. As a cut flower, the cornflower will last for 7 to 10 days in a vase.

Tips:

• The seeds can be sown directly outdoors in the garden in autumn or started indoors from February to April
• You can speed up germination by storing the seeds in the fridge for a week before sowing. The seeds benefit from the cold temperatures.
• Prune regularly to extend the flowering period.
• For cut flowers in a vase, the best time to cut the flowers is in the morning and when the flowers are open. Next, remove some of the leaves to extend the flowering period.
• The flowers will last for 7 - 10 days in a vase.
