Sprout.ing Organic Power Sprout Mix, 40 grams

The Power Sprout Mix is a mix of crunchy green, pink and purple-coloured sprouts: bold, colourful, full of energy and flavour. The combination of bright, spicy, and nutty flavours adds a special touch to your meals. The sprouts are also rich in vitamins, minerals, enzymes and vegetable proteins, and a nutritious addition to both hot and cold dishes.

Sprouts:

• Rinse the seeds and soak for 6-8 hours.
• Place them in a sprouting jar in a bright location and allow them to germinate.
• Rinse several times with fresh water.

Microgreens:

• Spread the seeds evenly in a tray (use soil, cotton wool or kitchen paper if desired). Do not sow too densely.
• Place in a bright location and allow them to germinate.
• Water twice a day.

The sprouts or microgreens can be stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator for a few days. Please ensure proper hygiene during the growing process.
