Description
The corn cockle is an endangered plant that often grows in fields of grain. It is a long, slender and branched plant with deep pink to violet flowers and white star, surrounded by three pointed chalices. Slightly hairy, lance-shaped, silvery leaves. Please note: The seeds are poisonous!
