Description
This mid-to-early variety is particularly well-suited for autumn cultivation and over-wintering. It produces large, tender leaves with an exceptionally aromatic flavour, making them excellent for eating raw in spinach salads.
Our Tips:
- Sowing rate: For leaf spinach: 300-400 g per 100 m² (approx. 60-80 seeds per linear metre); for root-harvested spinach: 150-200 g per 100 m² (approx. 30-50 seeds per linear metre)
- Requires moist, loose soil
- Can also be used as green manure
- Summer cultivation is not recommended - plants will bolt quickly
