Description
These sugar peas love limy, humus rich soils and yields about 3 kg of peas in good soil. When the peas are young, you can eat them with the pod. When cooking, the blue pods turn dark green. The "Shiraz" sugar pea can also be enjoyed as a raw snack and grows about 80-100 cm high.
