Sprout.ing Organic wheatgrass, 40 grams

Thanks to its sweet, mild flavour, wheatgrass microgreens are particularly popular in the kitchen. They are suitable for refining or topping dishes and as an ingredient in smoothies, salads and much more.

Microgreens:

• Spread the seeds well in a tray (if necessary with soil/cotton wool/kitchen paper) and do not sow too densely, place in a bright place and allow to germinate.
• water 2 times a day.

The seedlings can be kept refrigerated and sealed for a few days. Pay attention to hygiene when growing.
