Sprout.ing Organic broccoli, 150 grams

Broccoli sprouts are a pale green colour with strong, light green sprouting leaves. Their mildly nutty, fresh and pleasantly aromatic flavour makes them ideal for bowls, sandwiches, salads, soups, smoothies, Asian dishes or as a fresh topping. The special thing about these microgreens is that they are rich in valuable plant substances (e.g. sulforaphane) and are therefore a real superfood in mini format.

Microgreens:

• Spread the seeds well in a tray (if necessary with soil/cotton wool/kitchen paper) and do not sow too densely, place in a bright place and allow to germinate.
• water 2 times a day.

The seedlings can be kept refrigerated and sealed for a few days. Pay attention to hygiene when growing.
