This spicy mix can be easily grown on the windowsill, so you can enjoy delicious, home-grown sprouts all year round. The spicy, tangy flavours are a particularly delicious addition to potato dishes as well as oven bakes, soups and salads.

Our tips:

• Germination temperature: 18 to 22 °C
• Pre-soak the seeds in water overnight
• Place the sprout jar in a bright spot away from direct sunlight
• Harvest the sprouts after three to five days
• The ready-to-eat sprouts can be kept in the refrigerator for a few days, but should be rinsed again before consumption
