Description
Hyssop is a perennial spice and an ornamental plant. The cabbage can be used fresh for seasoning salads, sauces, meat and fish dishes. It is ideal as an ornamental plant in herb and flower gardens.
The flowers and leaves are good for potpourris. It is advisable to cut back the plants to 10 cm in autumn.
- Location: sunny with dry, lean, well-drained and calcareous soils.
