Description
The Purple Haze is a hybrid variety with 20 - 25 cm long, smooth roots. This type of carrot has an orange core and is red-violet on the outside.
- The carrots can be enjoyed raw in salads, cooked or stewed and used in vegetable dishes, stews, soups or freshly squeezed juices. The hybrid can be easily stored in the winter and tolerates carrot flies.
