Sonnenerde Organic Herb Compost - Bulk Bag, 1 item

Now available in a convenient bulk bag!
This organic herb compost combines carefully balanced proportions of organic compost, expanded clay, vermiculite and horn shavings. Herbs of all kinds benefit from the high-quality ingredients, developing vigorous growth and an intense aroma.

• Ideal growing medium for a wide variety of herbs
• Promotes lush growth and an intense aroma
• Expanded clay minerals create a loose structure and excellent water retention
• Horn shavings provide a slow-release nitrogen reserve (white fungal growth is normal, as fungi gradually break down the shavings)
• No additional fertiliser required
• Suitable for pots, containers, window boxes and planters

As this compost is completely peat-free, it helps protect wetlands and reduce the CO2 emissions associated with peat extraction, making a valuable contribution to environmental and climate protection.
