If your pond or aquarium water turns greenish or cloudy, the culprits are usually microorganisms, algae, bacteria or viruses. You can reduce the number of germs with a UV-C clarifier, as the UV-C light has a disinfectant effect on the water. Cloudiness and unpleasant odours are quickly dissipated. Replace the UV-C bulb at least once a year, as it loses luminosity over time and therefore its effect.
