Rosemary is often used in French, Provencal and Italian cuisine. The herb is ideal for roasting and grilling meat and fish and can be used in fish soup. The "Abraxas" variety is characterised by an intense aroma, fast growth, a uniform plant structure and wonderful fragrance.
