Description
The wonderful "Plessis" turnip can be harvested after a short cultivation period of around 10 weeks in autumn. Whether steamed, cooked or braised, the turnips taste pleasantly spicy.
They are very popular because they are insensitive to low temperatures and grow on almost any soil that is moist and rich in nutrients and humus.
