Description
Parsley root is a classic culinary herb for German and European cuisine. It belongs to the typical soup herbs that are boiled for their flavor and are often added to mussel or fish dishes. The robust plants with spicy tasting leaves are very easy to care for. The fleshy roots can be harvested in late autumn and stored in a cool cellar, a vegetable drawer or in the refrigerator. Konika has long tapered white roots, which have a distinct aroma and stimulate appetite and digestion.
