Description
This parsley variety has smooth, dark green leaves that have an intensely aromatic flavour and can be used fresh or frozen. The leaves can also be used to make pesto.
Tips:
- Thin out seedlings soon after germination
- Surplus seedlings are delicious as microgreens
- If growing in pots, plant 4 to 5 seedlings per pot
- To encourage new growth, harvest leaves regularly from the outside inwards
