Description
Oregano is essential for making pizza or pasta sauces and is classically used in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. The hardy plants have slightly hairy, soft leaves that are extremely easy to care for and can be harvested continuously from spring to autumn.
'Aromata' has a distinctive flavour that goes well with meat and fish dishes, is used for grilling or roasting and develops its spice in soups. Oregano encourages appetite and digestion and could have an expectorant effect.
