These wrinkly leaves are good for garnishing and look nice in the garden.

For the best flavour, pick right before you need to use this herb. The fresh herbs go with many dishes. Parsley is very popular with carrots and potatoes, dumplings, or as a garnish. It also tastes great on soups or on buttered bread with chives.

Height: 25 cm.

Annual. If planted in summer, the plant can live two years.

Sowing: Parsley can be sown in March, but will take some time to germinate. At higher soil temperatures germination takes place faster. Soak the seeds in water for 48 hours before sowing.

Line spacing: 25 to 30 cm, then thin to 10 cm.

Harvest: the plants can be harvested regularly (always take the outermost leaves) so that they will keep growing.
