Description
The tasty, traditional root vegetables grow leaves that can also be used to make soup. The celeriac prefers strong, nutrient-rich soils.
Planting: Pre-plant at the end of February / March under glass at distances of 8 cm. Then transplant into pots. The plants sprout and grow slowly at first. Plant outdoors at 40 x 50 cm at the end of May/beginning of June.
