Description
Borage is gaining popularity due to its edible blue flowers and cucumber flavour. The young leaves are edible and can be used in salads and served with other raw foods. It makes a great green fertilizer. The flowers lure in bees and bumblebees.
Sow: from April on sow directly outdoors with a row distance of 30 cm, thinning them out to 20 cm. They can grow into solitary bunches if they have enough space.
