Description
An early variety with a sweet taste! The beets grow above ground and are easy to harvest. They make healthy raw foods and can also be cooked.
The leaves can be used similar to chard. The plants love sunny and nutrient-rich soils, that were fertilised with compost a year before being used.
Planting: plant in February / March under glass. From April to June, reseed outdoors. Space your rows at 30 cm, then thin to 7-10 cm. Do not transplant!
