Compo Heavy-Duty Lawn Mix

This Compo hard-wearing lawn is a high-quality lawn seed mixture. It includes top varieties according to RSM (standard seed mixture), which are ideally suited for a hard-wearing sports and play lawn. The grasses become dense quickly, are characterised by a high regenerative capacity and are resistant to lawn diseases.

How to use:
Prepare the soil: Thoroughly loosen the area to be sown and remove weeds, stones and bumps. Depending on the quality of the soil, a starter fertiliser (e.g. COMPO FLORAMID Starter Lawn Fertiliser) should be worked into the surface in order to ensure the seedlings have the nutrients they need. Wait one week between preparation and sowing.

Sowing: Spread COMPO SAAT hard-wearing lawn mix evenly by hand. Rake the seeds lightly (max. 1cm deep) into the top soil layer. This prevents the seeds from being blown away and drying out quickly. A slight pressure on the soil with a lawn roller or a step board promotes soil contact.

IMPORTANT: Regularly water the sown lawn and keep the young seedlings continuously moist (especially in the first 3-4 weeks)!
