Description

The chili variety "De Cayenne" produces bright red pods with a spicy flavour. On a scale from 0 to 10, this chili reaches a heat level of 6. The pods can also be dried and taste excellent in salsas, sauces, and dips.

Our Tips:

  • Requires significantly high temperature for germination (approx. 25–28 °C).
  • After pricking out, a bright and slightly cooler location (20–22 °C) is ideal.
  • Plant out these heat-loving plants after the last frost only.
  • Cover with fleece during cold nights.
  • Also suitable for cultivation in planters with a volume of 10 to 20 litres.
