Narcissi form a genus in the family of Amaryllis plants. They were originally native to southern Europe. The name narcissus is from the Greek word, which means "stun". In the well-known legend of Narcissus, the flower stands for self-love. Meanwhile, there are several wild and hybrid species, the daffodil (yellow daffodil) is one of the best-known species of the genus. Daffodils range from white to orange in color.
