As a typical Darwin hybrid this tulip has very long, solid flower stems that very well suited for cutting. The flowering period usually falls in the end of April and the flowers last for a long time. This beautifully colored, stable tulip is a great choice for flower beds and group plantings; the blue, white and pink flowers look nice in any group.
Darwin hybrid tulips are the hybrids of Darwin tulips and Tulipa fosteriana. They are among the tulips that keep the longest in the garden, with their large, cup-shaped flowers. They all bloom at the same time and are less susceptible to disease than other varieties.
