Sperli Corn Salad "Vit"

Corn salad has a high vitamin C and vitamin A content and is also rich in natural minerals. This makes it a healthy choice for the winter! The Vit variety is a fast-growing, round-leaved and hardy corn salad. Corn salad can be used fresh, cooked and steamed because it has a pleasant, fresh and nutty taste. The variety is tolerant to downy mildew.

Tip: plan to take breaks in between planting years. If possible, plant only in the same place once every four years. The plants germinate in the cold, so they need a germination period of about 7 days at 5 - 10 degrees before germination.
