Description

Beluga lentils are prized for their delicate flavour and can be used in a wide variety of dishes. They don't need to be soaked before cooking, saving you plenty of time. Harvest them as soon as the pods turn brown and the seeds have hardened – or, at the latest, when the first pods begin to open. The seeds can then be threshed out in a bag or sieve.
