Description
The Pink Velvet Banana is easy to grow indoors. If it is kept outdoors in tsummer, be sure to protect the leaves from strong winds. From around the third year onwards, it bears small red bananas, which have a delicious sweet taste.
Tips for cultivation:
- First, roughen the seeds slightly with sandpaper
- Then let them soak in water for 12 hours
- Scatter the seeds onto moist potting soil and cover lightly
- Cover with cling film and provide it with holes
- Remove the film every two to three days for 2 hours
- Keep the substrate moist but not wet
