Grow your own sprouts quickly and easily at home on the windowsill. The glass germinatior jar comes with a lid that is also a sieve an dis suitable to grow a variety of sprouts. However, do not grow slime-producing sprouts such as cress or rocket as they could clog the sieve.

Easy to use:

1. Add seeds to the jar, close the lid and rinse well with fresh water. Let eh water drain out through the lid.
2. Soak the seeds in water for the time indicated on the seed packet. Shake the jar gently to loosen the seeds.
3. Rinse out the seeds 1-2 times a day with fresh water. Then place the jar with the lid down and at an angle to let excess water drain off.
4. Enjoy fresh and crunchy sprouts in a few days!
