SUBSTRAL® Naturen® Natures Organic Glue Ring, 2.5 m

This glue ring is a ready-to-use belt that can be fitted around tree trunks. It protects fruit and ornamental trees from harmful insects crawling up the trunk, it is very easy to use and is amazingly effective. It protects against damage caused by small and large winter moths on the buds and leaves of all fruit trees and many deciduous trees such as oak, maple and linden. In the case of cherries, even the fruit is hollowed out.
The Substral Naturen glue ring also keeps ants away from the treetop and thus prevents an aphid infestation.

Application:

• Apply the glue rings in February and early October
• Carefully smooth the tree bark about 40 to 60 cm above the ground so that the caterpillar glue ring fits snugly around the trunk
• Tie around the glue ring for better adhesion and for a closer fit on the trunk above and below the glue layer with the enclosed wire
