Description
'Delikata' combines all the good qualities of sweet peas. The pods (pergamine-free) can be eaten fresh when they are young. The peas taste very sweet and can be eaten fresh or prepared for cooked dishes.
The variety is resistant to soil fungi (Fusarium breed 1) and powdery mildew. Even under the most adverse conditions, the variety sprouts well.
In the middle of summer, you can still harvest the fresh peas. They are suitable for staggered sowing until mid-July and can be harvested until September. The young pods can be frozen. The variety also can be planted in pots.
