Description
These spring onions come from Asia and have a mild and tender flavour. The 'Tonda Musona' variety can be planted in the autumn, tolerates the frost and rewards one with an extremely early harvest in April.
The delicious spring onions can be used as a seasoning for salads, soups and raw foods. The spring onions are also very popular in modern cuisine. They can be used in many ways, whether cooked or served raw. The 'Tonda Musona' variety is about 30-40 cm high and matures early.
