Microgreens are harvested when the first leaf pair has developed after the cotyledons. Do not eat the roots! The pad should be watered with 150 ml of water a day. MicroGreens
I do like how easy this is to grow; just watering it and almost the next day the first shoots come up. The end product tastes lovely too. I just had expected the greens to grow to a certain height. These stay quite small, which makes cutting them a little hard.
