This excellent mix of red and green leaf mustard tastes wonderfully spicy and flavourful and looks lovely on the plate thanks to its colour and shape.
The green 'Frizzy Lizzy' and red 'Frizzy Joe' varieties are very curly. The leaves are usually harvested when young and can also be used when they're older.
