Description
This North German speciality grows tasty winter vegetables that can be grown after peas, salads or kohlrabi from late autumn to February outdoors. This high-yielding variety is particularly frost-resistant. The coarsely curled dark green leaves are supported by a sturdy trunk. With a height of about 80 cm, the kale can be harvested even if it snows. Their stems protect them from the snow's wetness.
