Description
This attractive-looking cabbage speciality from Sicily is one of the tastiest vegetables ever. The pleasant cauliflower turns light green when it is cooked and contains chlorophyll. The broccoli tends to ripen slowly in early autumn. The cauliflower can be steamed like broccoli and served with butter and grated almonds. The plants are naturally stable and healthy.
