Bavicchi Organic Sprouting Lentil Seeds, 90 grams

Lentil sprouts have a high protein content and are valued for their nutty taste. In the kitchen, steam and spice up all sorts of dishes, such as soups and salads, decoratively and tastefully with the sprouts.

Instructions:

• Soak the seeds for about 8-10 hours.
• After soaking, thoroughly rinse.
• Spread evenly on a sprouting tower or put in a sprout glass.
• Water 2 to 3 times a day until germination is complete.
