Description
This corn salad is crisp, tender and tasty and is also called lamb's lettuce. The lettuce has nutty, flavourful leaves and is easy to grow.
The leafy rosettes are easy to harvest and also need very little space to grow. The lettuce tastes great with extra virgin olive oil and basil vinegar, and is delicious with diced peppers, mortadella, a little Parmesan cheese or hearty bacon.
