The organic Tuscan kale "Nero di Toscana" has wonderful blue-green leaves with a tender texture. The leaves taste excellent, especially when steamed, and turn every dish into a culinary experience. Harvesting is possible on an ongoing basis - the leaves are removed starting from the bottom.
