Sprout.ing Organic Kale, 30 grams

Kale, in the form of sprouts or microgreens, is a crunchy, nutrient-rich addition to your diet - whether as a topping or ingredient in stir-fries, smoothies, salads, wraps, and more. Its mildly spicy flavour is pleasant and adds a tasty touch to any meal.

Sprouts:

• Rinse the seeds, soak for 6-8 hours.
• Place in a sprouting jar in a bright location and let them germinate.
• Rinse several times with fresh water.

Microgreens:

• Distribute the seeds evenly in a bowl (on a base of soil, cotton wool or kitchen paper, if desired) and do not sow them too densely
• Place in a bright location and let them germinate.
• Water twice a day.

The sprouts can be stored in the refrigerator in a closed container for a few days. Please ensure proper hygiene during the entire sprouting process.
