German packaging: BIO Weißkraut "Ruhm von Enkhuizen"
This white cabbage is a medium-late variety and grows firm heads that weigh up to 5 kg. The cabbage grows quickly, can be harvested up until frost and stores very well. Normal, calcareous, deep soils are perfect for this type of cabbage.
Our tips:
- Make sure to fertilise the plants regularly and water them liberally, especially when the heads are growing. If the heads are covered with foil, the harvest can take place one to two weeks earlier.
