Magic Garden Seeds Rare Wild Chili Varieties - Seed Set

Even today, wild ancestral forms of the chilies we know can still be found. Since harvesting these rare varieties is particularly laborious, they often come with a high price tag. To enjoy these small, wild fruits, you can simply grow them yourself in the comfort of your own home.

This seed set contains the following two wild chili varieties:

• Wild Chili 'Chacoense' (Capsicum chacoense)
  The pods grow to just 1 cm in size and originate from South America.
• Tepin / Chiltepin (Capsicum annuum var. aviculare)
  This famous chili variety is known as the "bird's eye chili." It is also frequently used as a premium spice.

The beautifully designed gift box contains one packet per variety, each with at least 10 seeds. Sowing instructions in German and English are also included to make sowing and care easy.

Tip: For germination, chilies require a warm environment of 24-28 °C. To achieve these temperatures, we recommend using a heated mini greenhouse.
