Description
Filderkraut is a pointed cabbage with a late ripening period and very good storability. The large, thin leaves are particularly well suited for making cabbage rolls. This variety has a pleasant sweetness, so you can enjoy it in salads without adding sugar. It is especially suitable for sauerkraut production.
