Kiepenkerl Rocket "Ruca"

This flavourful lettuce has an especially herbal taste and is a fast-growing vegetable. It can be planted in vegetable gardens, greenhouses, window boxes and pots. Plant all year round.

The plant features slightly wavy leaves and white flowers and grows to a height of about 20 cm. The very pleasant flavour has notes of peanuts and cress. The leaves can even be used as a salad or add a little spiciness to a mixed salad. It is well suited for use on pizzas, for seasoning meat, fish and soups.
