Kiepenkerl Cauliflower "Grafitti"
Brassica oleracea var. Botrytis with an intense taste

Description
The "Grafitti" cauliflower is purple and therefore absolutely unique. It has a more intense flavour than the typical white-headed varieties. The heads do not need cool night temperatures so they can be planted in summer and in autumn. The colourful pick-me-up is suitable for healthy raw salads, noodles or rice dishes. Once the heads are cooked, they turn blueish green.
