This robust, mid-early outdoor tomato is considered a specialty for home gardeners. It is highly resilient and remains resistant to splitting, even during changeable weather conditions.
Our Tips:
- Start seeds indoors for greenhouse cultivation from January (planting from March); for outdoor cultivation from March (planting from May)
- Germination temperature: 18 to 22°C
- Move to a cooler location after germination
- Harden off for several days before planting out
- A rain cover over the plants is the best protection against late blight
- A layer of mulch is recommended
