Description
Some Allium (Allium) can be eaten or cooked with, while others are used as purely ornamental plants. Worldwide, there are at least 800 different types and many of them are Allium Auche that are very trendy European gardens. The steady stalks are beautiful, dense flower balls that have either bell-shaped or star-shaped petals. There are high and low dainty onion bulbs in a large color palette. They last from April to September. Leek flowers are a joyful color, make for durable cut flowers, and are also suitable for drying. After flowering, even the seed pods have a decorative value. Allium offers many design possibilities: It can be combined beautifully with catnip, lady's mantle and ornamental grasses.
